Swan

Image
“SWAN” Medium: Charcoal and Graphite. Size: 18 x 12 inches  This is a drawing of swan which depicts calmness, purity , grace and love. Swan is my favourite bird so that’s why i made this work and also for study purposes. In the drawing, a majestic swan glides gracefully across calm waters, its long, slender neck arched elegantly. The swan's pristine white feathers catch the light, casting a subtle sheen, while its beady black eyes exude an air of serenity. Delicate ripples form around its streamlined body, adding to the tranquility of the scene.

With a gentle touch, she cradles her burgeoning belly, feeling the life growing within her. Her movements are tender and deliberate, a silent communion with the new life blossoming beneath her skin. There's a radiant glow about her, an inner warmth that shines through her every gesture, as if her love for her unborn child illuminates her from within. Faded

Image
“FADED” Medium: Charcoal Size: 9 x 12 inches This drawing shows a woman who is losing her essence. As she navigates life's challenges, she feels like fragments of herself are slipping away, like whispers carried off by the wind. The sparkle in her eyes dims, replaced by a weary gaze that reflects a sense of loss. Her laughter, once spontaneous and contagious, now feels forced, hollow. The vibrancy that once defined her seems to fade, leaving behind a faint echo of who she used to be. With each passing day, she struggles to hold onto her essence, fighting against the currents that threaten to pull her further from herself. Yet, amidst the struggle, a flicker of determination remains, a silent promise to reclaim what has been lost and rediscover the light that still resides within.
